Don Lauer Helphrey, 92, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Mt. Union, died, Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Danville Care Center.
The family will greet friends at Elliott Chapel, New London, on September 11, 2021 from 10:00 – 10:45 AM with the service following at 11:00 AM. Pastor David Mixon will officiate. Inurnment will military rites will be held at Trinity Cemetery with a luncheon at the New London Country Club, 2534 Racine Avenue at 12:30.
