The Henry County Soil & Water Conservation District Commissioners will hold their monthly meeting on  at 3.30 @ the USDA Office located on 709 S. Iris Street, Mt Pleasant.   Tentative agenda items include approve minutes, watershed reports, cost share approvals and payments and other district business.

The Washington County Fair continues today with the livestock shows, Axe women demonstrations, Comedy Circus, the Rondini Show, Little Hands On The Farm, and Extreme Illusions.  The grandstand event is the Grand River Rodeo at 7 pm.

At the Van Buren County Fair in Keosauqua…4H exhibit judging is taking place all day.  The 4H, FFA and Open Cat Show starts at 5 pm, followed by the pet show and the dog show.
