The Salem City Wide Garage Sales are going on today from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm.  Watch for the signs.

The Relay for Life Team, No One Walks Alone, will hold it’s annual sale during the Salem City Wides in the Salem Park shelter house.

The Farmington Strawberry Festival starts today.  Events run throughout the day, including the Prince and Princess Contest at 6 pm.

Today is the deadline to sign up for the free program “Coffee With Katie.” The next program is June 17 at 2 pm at HCHC in the Diabetes Education Center. The topic for this discussion will be current topics in diabetes education with recipes and tips and tricks to stay on track. Call 319-385-6518 to reserve a seat.

The Mount Pleasant car cruise is the second Friday of every month around the Central Park Square.  Tonight is also the night for Music on Main. Come to town, have a great evening meal at one of the local restaurants and enjoy the music and the classic vehicles from 6-9 pm.
