The Second Public Hearing regarding the Henry County property tax levy for the FY27 budget is scheduled for 6pm at the courthouse in Mt. Pleasant.

Mount Pleasant Community Theatre is hosting a children’s theatre workshop titled School for Spies June 22nd through June 26th. The workshop will run daily from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a final performance by participants on Friday, June 26th at 6:30 p.m. The program is open to ages 7 through 18, with a cost of $50 per child.
