Memorial Day

Mount Pleasant City offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. Garbage collection will be one day late.

Residents of Middletown, Danville, New London, Salem, Rome and Westwood who normally have recycling collected on Monday will have their curbside recycling collected on Tuesday this week.  Tuesday’s Collection in Mount Pleasant will take place as scheduled.

The Mount Pleasant Memorial Day Observance will be held at 10:30 am at the Mount Pleasant High School.

Henry County Engineers Office announces a culvert replacement project on Ash Avenue (W-46), south of Hillsboro. The road will be closed starting Wednesday, May 31st for approximately 2 months, weather permitting. There is a posted detour route, please drive with caution.
