The annual Van Buren County Scenic Fall Drive continues today and tomorrow!  In Bonaparte, you will find the 7th annual Gun Show from 9am – 5pm!  Buy, Sell, Trade: Federal and State Laws apply, Modern and Antique Guns at the former elementary School, 602 8th Street in Bonaparte!  $5 admission, under 10 years are free!  A variety of vendors and crafters will be set up in the historic downtown Bonaparte business district and all shops will be open for business! Food will be served at the Whitely Opera House and at the historic school building today only.

New London VFW Post 7641 is serving steak for supper tonight from 5pm – 7pm!  Ham Steak dinner for $12 or a Ribeye Steak dinner for $22!  Stop by the New London VFW for dinner!

The  Presbyterian Women are holding their annual Fall Rummage & Bake Sale from 8am – 1pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 902 S. Walnut Street – please enter through the south doors.  All items are 50 cents unless marked!  On Saturday, the $2 a bag sale from 11am – 1pm!

The Lockridge Lions’ Spaghetti Supper is from 5:30pm – 7:00pm at the Lockridge Community Center.  Spaghetti, garlic bread, and desserts are on the menu and it is a Free Will offering.  There will be a silent auction of baked goods.

The Burlington Police Department and the Burlington Fire Department are coming together for Coffee With A First Responder from 8:30am-11:00am at Dunn Brothers in Burlington. There will be fire trucks, police cars, and free coffee/hot coco by Dunn Brothers. Join us for a wonderful morning of community and conversation.

The Centenary United Methodist Church of Morning Sun will hold its annual harvest Fest Dinner from 11:00am – 12:30pm.  A  full menu will be served and the meal is curbside pick-up only (no inside seating.)  All meals are $12 and the church is located at 106 East Division Street in Morning Sun.  This is the 101st Harvest Fest Dinner!
