April Fools!

This is the deadline to submit a veteran’s name, prior to Memorial Day 2023, for the Henry County Memorial. Applications are available at local funeral homes, the Veterans Hall, the Veterans Affairs office or by calling 319-385-4983.

West Point Fire & Rescue pork loin dinner to go! Just drive up to the fire station from 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser for New London Girls Varsity Basketball Team with mile markers and water stations. Free
Refreshments for allparticipants after run/walk. In case of bad weather there will not be a rain date, pre-registration t-shirts will be available for pick up that day at the New London School Gym entrance. All run/walk fees will go to the New London Varsity Girls Basketball Team and will be considered a donation if it rains and run/walk is cancelled. *Dogs on leashes are welcome to participate.

Players Workshop presents Murder By The Book this evening at 7:30 pm and April 2 at 2 pm. The Workshop is located at 1431 Grove Street in Burlington.

Easter Bake Sale at Arbor Court. Purchase some sweet treats and pick out an Easter egg for a chance to win a prize. All proceeds benefit the activity department to provide entertainment and supplies for activities.  2pm to 4pm or until they run out at Arbor Court, 701 East Mapleleaf Drive, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
