Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club is having an Equipment Repair Fundraiser Community Brunch from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.  All are welcome.

The Washington County 4-H Program will host their annual Awards Celebration at the KC Hall in Washington. 4H Families who wish to participate should bring a dozen cookies or precut bars to create the intermission dessert bar. The Awards Program will start at 3:00 p.m.  All Washington County 4-H’ers and family members, club leaders and other 4-H volunteers are invited and encouraged to attend.

VFW Post 7641 Auxiliary in New London will host their 2nd Honoring Veterans brunch from 10-1. A free will donation to the Henry Co. Freedom Rock and the Auxiliary’s New London High School scholarships will be taken. Join the Auxiliary in honoring those that have served and those presently serving.  The public is welcome. The post home is located at 802 East McKinley in New London.

The Faith Lutheran Church, 910 E. Mapleleaf Drive in Mt. Pleasant is once again hosting the Annual Veterans Dinner.  This is free to any Henry County Veteran &  a guest.
