Join Addington Place of Mount Pleasant for their 4th Lunch For A Cause of 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. They will be serving a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Creamy Coleslaw, Fruit Salad, Bag of Chips, and a Scrumptious Sugar Cookie via carry out order or delivery on four ot more group orders! The meal will be $7.00 per order and all proceeds earned will benefit the National T. T. T. Society “Camping for Girls” – Mt. Pleasant Chapter. The Mount Pleasant Public Library will be hosting an author visit at 1 pm. Dr. Ninja, veterinarian and author will be visiting the library to talk about his book Riding With My Dad. The event will be held in the children’s programming room.

Mount Pleasant Community Theatre is holding a picnic at the McCoid Shelter at East Lake Park beginning at 6 p.m.  Please attend if you are interested in the Theatre’s upcoming events.  Please rsvp to jennympct@gmail.com.

The free summer outdoor concert series in Fairfield continues tonight. But due to the hot weather forecast the concert will be moved indoors at 7 pm at the Sondheim, 200 North Main Street.  The Midwest based band The Way Down Wanders perform.

Big Creek Tractor Club is having a meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at the Open Bible Church. All members and visitors are welcome to attend.
