Morning Sun Elementary Back to School Night will be held from 4 to 6 pm.

Taco Night at the Mount Pleasant Moose Lodge from 5 to 7 pm.

The community is invited to join Iowa Wesleyan University and the Mount Pleasant Chamber Alliance for Rock Around the Campus from 5 to 7:30 pm on the campus lawn on North Main Street.  There will be music, games, bounce houses and food trucks.

Henry County Democrats will hold their regular monthly meeting tonight at 6:30. The meeting will be held at Traction Steam, 120 S. Main in Mt. Pleasant. Anyone who is interested is invited to attend.
