The Mount Pleasant Moose Lodge, at 108 N. Saunders Street, serves tacos every Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm.

The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce will host a candidates forum at 5:30 pm at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center. The candidates for House District 87 and House District 88 along with the candidates for Senate District 44 will participate.

The Henry County Board of Supervisors will host a public information meeting at 7 pm at the Swedesburg Lutheran Church Parish Hall. The meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about the two companies interested in putting wind turbines on land mostly in the northern part of Henry County.
