Today is the deadline to register for the December 1 Farm Tax and Accounting Workshop at the Henry County Extension office. The work shop will be held from 6 to 8 pm.  This is free but pre-registration is required by contacting the Extension office at 319-385-8126.

Taco Tuesday at the Mount Pleasant Christian School will be held from 5 to 6:30 pm serving beef or chicken tacos, walking tacos, super nachos, chips and salsa, pop and water.  There is also a black bean vegetarian option. Dine in or order to go at 385-8613. The school is located at 1505 East Washington Street.
