Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Henry County will host Certified Handler (Category Handlers) from 9:00am to 11:30am.  The local attendance site is 127 North Main Street. Preregistration is strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are not guaranteed admission. Registration fee is $45.
