The City of Mount Pleasant Parks and Recreation Department invites families to Tiny Tot Open Gym, happening Wednesday, February 4th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Cottrell Gym. Children ages 0 to 5 are welcome to come run, ride, climb, and play in a fun, indoor space. Parents must remain in the gym during playtime. Cost is just 50 cents per child, and adults are free. Tiny Tot Open Gym runs Wednesdays from November through February when the school district is in session.

ImpactLife will host a blood drive at Access Energy Cooperative on Wednesday, February 4th, from 2:00 to 4:45 p.m. The blood drive will take place in the meeting room at Access Energy Cooperative, located at 1800 West Washington Street in Mount Pleasant. GriefShare meets Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at New London Christian Church, located at 2770 New London Road in New London. GriefShare is a support group for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one and offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who understand the pain and isolation that often comes with grief.
