The Mount Pleasant City Compost site is open Wednesdays from 1 pm to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. The site is located behind Saunders Park at the intersection of Yocum Lane and Hoaglin Drive.

The Mount Pleasant Farmer’s Market is in the McWhirter Auto Sales building, 1200 W. Washington St. from 4-6 pm.
