Community Events

The Mt. Pleasant Middle School 7th & 8th grade band and the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade choirs present their Spring Concert at 7:00pm at the MPCHS, 2104 South Grand Avenue.  This event is free and open to the public.

The Mount Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce is holding a Henry County Supervisor primary forum ahead of the June 4th primary. All chamber of commerce members are invited to attend at 6:00pm at the Mount Pleasant Masonic Lodge, 206 N. Main St.

The Mt. The Dover Museum in New London has wedding dresses on display this month dating from 1912 to 1971.   You'll see dresses from 3 and 4 generations of families.  The museum is open from 1:00pm - 4:00pm Sunday.
