January 1 Happy New Year! The Quarter Maybe More Store in Mount Pleasant is closed today. New London VFW Post 7641 will open at 10 a.m. serving complementary Tom & Jerry's. Corned beef and cabbage will be served beginning at noon. There will be a free will donation taken for Post upkeep.
