Mount Pleasant — Mount Pleasant broke the ice with goal from Charice Auwerda, one of four by the Panther freshman, and rode the hot start to a 10-1 win over Keokuk yesterday.
Elly Manning also scored four times for the Panthers, while Kiera Frazier and Eva Rounceville each tallied single markers.
Tori Wilson added an assist while Evelyn Escobar registered three saves.
Mount Pleasant, now 3-1, will play Burlington Thursday evening.
