Girls’ Tennis: Mount Pleasant Looks to Rebound at Burlington

Burlington — Coming off a tough 5-4 loss to Fairfield, the Mount Pleasant girls’ tennis team will look to right the ship tonight when they play Burlington.

Tonight’s tilt will be played at Dankwardt Park.

The Panthers have seen numerous players step up so far this season, including No. 1 singles player Savana Walls, who has been the mainstay atop Martha Peterson’s lineup.

Middle of the order players Gisele Fajardo-Pena and Ellie Situmeang have also been important pieces to the team’s success.

This evening’s matchup will begin at 4:30 p.m.
