The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash that happened Thursday, July 23rd.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, a mail carrier was traveling south in the 2400 block of Iowa Avenue when their vehicle was sideswiped by another vehicle attempting to pass in a designated no-passing zone. The other driver left the scene.
Investigators believe the suspect vehicle is a white Ford Escape. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Henry County Sheriff’s Office at 319-385-2712.
