Las Vegas — Miles Robinson scored the late game-winning goal in extra time as the United States men’s national soccer team earned an electric 1-nil win over Mexico in last night’s CONCACAF Gold Cup Final.
The win secured the United States its seventh Gold Cup title and they did so without the boots of their top talent Christian Pulisic who is already in the United Kingdom with Chelsea preparing for the the upcoming Premier League season.
Mexico put up 22 shots in the loss, failing to earn their 12th Gold Cup Championship.
