Three juveniles were charged in connection with vandalism in the area of the Mount Pleasant Central Park square that occurred May 6. Apparently, damage was done to numerous businesses by two 14 year olds and a 12 year old. All three are charged with criminal mischief in the second degree. One of the juveniles is also charged with threats of terrorism and harassment in the first degree after he threatened to shoot up a school and made statements about blowing up an officer’s house. Police said they received assistance from business owners and citizens who came forward with physical and video information and they thanked everyone who helped with the investigation.
