Ames — Former Oskaloosa standout Xavier Foster has been released from the Cyclone men’s basketball team the team has announced.
Head Coach T.J. Otzelberger announced the dismissal late Friday night.
Foster played in just seven games last season before injuring his foot.
He averaged four points per game.
According to other reports, Foster is the “target” of a sexual assault investigation, as well.
