Indianapolis — The Iowa men’s basketball team is back in action this morning when they take on the Oregon Ducks in the Round of 32.
Iowa is coming off an impressive 86-74 win over Grand Canyon, while Oregon — regular season champs of the PAC-12 — advances after COVID-19 protocols with Virginia Commonwealth University.
The Hawkeyes are seeking their first Sweet 16 bid since 1999 and are no stranger to the Ducks, last meeting up in 2018, a game in which the Hawkeyes upset the the No. 13 Ducks, 77-69.
The Quack Attack are led by a pair of talented wings in Chris Duarte and Eugene Omoruyi who both average 16.7 points per game.
Tip is set for 11:10 a.m.
