Mount Vernon — Former Mount Pleasant star Jordan Magnani finished with 12 points, nine rebounds and six assists as Cornell rolled past Monmouth 82-38 last night.
In the process, Magnani became the 25th member of Cornell’s 1,000-point club, achieving the milestone in his 77th career game.
Now 12-5, the Rams are on the road Saturday to face Knox (6-11 overall, 2-7 MWC)) at 1 p.m. in Galesburg, Ill.
