Men’s College Basketball: Wesleyan Drops Fourth Straight

Columbia (MO.) — Iowa Wesleyan’s losing skid has extended to four games following their 84-73 loss to Columbia on Saturday.

The Tigers, trailing for the majority of the game, cut the lead to single digits late but Columbia’s 16-of-19 from the free throw line proved to be the difference.

Former New London standout Alex Dentlinger paced Wesleyan with 25 points and three boards.

Victor Munoz had 16 points and five boards despite the loss, as well.

Tony Burks led Columbia with 24 points and 11 rebounds.

Wesleyan will look to snap their skid on Wednesday night when they host Clarke University.
