The Mt. Pleasant Utilities Water Department is starting the water main replacement project on N. Lincoln St. today. N. Lincoln Street is closed from Cedar Lane to the RR tracks. Taft Street is also closed to thru traffic. This project is expected to be completed in approximately one month.
