The Mount Pleasant City Council approved Mayor Steve Brimhall’s recommendation to appoint Lori White to the Mount Pleasant Municipal Utilities Board of Trustees. White will serve a six year term replacing Carol Nemitz. Nemitz is finishing her second term on the board and decided after 12 years that she did not wish to be re-appointed. The Council also approved the Mayor’s recommendation to re-appoint Trustee Harvey Ungerman to another six year term.
