Sunday evening deputies, police and state patrol responded to a report of an accident in the 2400 block of Highway 218. It turned out that a vehicle driven by Devlin Guzman went in and then out of the median without reportable damage. But he was arrested by the Iowa State Patrol on two drug charges and two traffic charges. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
