Burlington — Burlington will welcome in Mount Pleasant tonight for a prep soccer boy-girl doubleheader.
The Panther boys are 1-4 on the year and will look to get back into the win column when they begin tonight at 5:00 p.m.
The team will be seeking their first win since April 1st — a 3-2 win over Danville.
Burlington is 3-0, the Greyhounds blanked Fairfield 2-0 on Monday.
Last year’s SEC champions, the Mount Pleasant girls are 3-1 on the year. The Panthers earned a 10-1 win over Keokuk earlier this week.
Their lone loss is from April 7th, a 5-4 defeat to Washington.
Burlington enters play 2-0 after shutting out Fairfield 6-0 on Monday evening.
The girls’ will play the nightcap, with kick set for 7:00 p.m.
