Prep Volleyball: Mount Pleasant, Other Area Schools in Action

KILJ — Following a 3-2 weekend at the Grinnell Tournament, the Mount Pleasant volleyball team is back in action tonight as they open up Southeast Conference play on the road at Fairfield.

The Trojans enter play tonight with a record of 2-1, while the Panthers are 5-4.

Mount Pleasant is led offensively by senior Kenna Lamm, who is averaging 4.4 kills per set for the Panthers.

Ralyn Seberg is the team leader in assists, while her sister Regan has been top notch in the back with 5.3 digs per set.

The Trojan attack is spearheaded by Anna Dunlap, who is averaging just south of two kills per set.

Mount Pleasant has swept the last two meetings between the schools, dating back to last year.

Tonight’s action will begin at 7:15 p.m. at Fairfield High School.
