Monday night the Mount Pleasant School Board approved the compensation packages for the next fiscal year for non-certified school personal and administrators. Non-certified includes secretaries, food service, bus drivers and managers. The Directors of Transportation, Technology, Buildings and Grounds are considered managers. The building principals and the activity director are considered administrators. Packages were also approved for everyone in Central Office including the superintendent. Secretaries: 3.40%
Transportation (bus drivers): 3.50%
Managers: 1.79%
Administrators 1.86%
Central Office 3.41%
Managers and administrators are a bit lower because the district saved some money due to new hires in those two groups.
