Update: Iowa High School Volleyball Rankings for Week 2

There was some movement in the rankings for Class 1A with Holy Trinity Catholic originally ranked at the top of the list now find themselves down at the number 8 slot. Taking over that number 1 spot was North Tama. Burlington Notre Dame moved from 8th to 7th and New London took over the 15th position as Winfield-Mt. Union fell out of the top 15.

For Class 2A, the rankings stayed the for the top 4 teams with Dike-New Hartford, Western Christian, Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, and West Burlington ranked in that order.

Class 3A saw little movement in their top 5 with Mount Vernon still holding the top spot. Davis County fell out of the top 15 from their original ranking of 9.

Class 4A saw only one team drop out of the top 15 but there was a little bit of reshuffling. Marion stayed at the top spot but North Scott moved from tenth all the way up to number 5. Bishop Heelan was originally in second, but fell back to eighth.

Cedar Falls claimed the top sport in the 5A rankings with Iowa City Liberty falling from the top spot back to 4th. Sioux City North and Iowa City High were the two teams to fall out of the top 15, ranked at 13 and 15, respectively.
