Van Buren County Voting Information

Public notice is hereby given that Van Buren County, Iowa, will be hosting two satellite voting stations for the upcoming General Election.  The location and date for each satellite voting station will be as follows:

  • Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM, in the Farmington Community Center, 204 S 4th St, Farmington, Iowa, 52626.
  • Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM, in the Milton American Legion Center, 324 N Main St, Milton, Iowa, 52570.

Ballot styles will be available for ALL eligible voters of Van Buren County.  Voter registration forms will also be available for new registrations and changes to registrations in Van Buren County.

PLEASE NOTE: If a voter decides to vote at a satellite voting station, he/she will be completing an absentee ballot which will be securely stored at the Van Buren County auditor’s office until it is counted on election day.

Voters who wish to vote on election day, Tuesday, November 8, 2022, will be required to vote in their assigned precinct.
