Today is curbside recycling pickup day for residents in Mount Pleasant who live south of Washington Street. Residents are reminded to set their green recycling bins at the curb for collection. Accepted items include paper, cardboard, plastic containers, metal cans, and glass. A green recycling bin is required to participate in curbside pickup and can be purchased at City Hall.

ImpactLife will host a blood drive at Access Energy Cooperative on Wednesday, February 4th, from 2:00 to 4:45 p.m. The blood drive will take place in the meeting room at Access Energy Cooperative, located at 1800 West Washington Street in Mount Pleasant.
