Donna June Corry, 87 of Birmingham, IA went to be with the Lord on June 25, 2026, at her home. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place. Donna was born in Linn County, MO on September 2, 1938, to parents Charles & Lucille (Ireland) Bishop. The family relocated to Birmingham when Donna was a child.
Donna attended Birmingham High School where she met the love of her life, Bill Corry. They raised their three children on the family farm outside of Birmingham. They were married for 56 years before Bill’s death in 2019.
Donna was a talented cake decorator for the majority of her life. She was a creative person who had many talents & hobbies. Quilting was her most loved.
Donna was proceeded in death by her husband Bill, his parents Dick Sr. & Wilda Corry, her parents Charles & Lucille Bishop and her brother Doyle Bishop.
Those remaining to share her life stories are her sister Beverly Naylor of Fairfield, IA; her children, Randy Corry of McCook Lake, SD, Roger Corry (Anita) of Birmingham & Brenda Biggs (Bruce) of Mt Pleasant, IA.
Donna’s love will continue to be felt by her much-loved grandchildren & great-grandchildren; Brianne (Spencer) Bartholomew, Keegan & Kinzley of Keosauqua, IA and Cody (Bonnie) Corry, Dawson & Hudson of Birmingham, IA.
