Mount Pleasant — The Mount Pleasant boys’ soccer team will look to get the monkey off their back today when they host Washington for a Southeast Conference tilt.

The Panthers have lost three straight and four of five, most recently a 10-nil loss to Fort Madison.

Washington defeated Mount Pleasant 3-2 earlier this year — that game was played on April 22nd.

Iowa Wesleyan recruit Dillon Malone leads the Panthers offensively with four goals and eight shots on net.

Logan Lee has made 131 saves for the Panthers through 12 fixtures.

Washington’s Zac Stout leads the Demons.

Stout has scored 24 goals for Washington, who enters tonight’s matchup 7-4.
