On Friday, January 14, at approximately 4:11pm, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a motor vehicle accident, with unknown injuries, in the 1900 Grid of Highway 34.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that George Sonnee of Mount Pleasant lost control of his vehicle, due to the environmental and road conditions, and slid into a guard rail. The Sonnee vehicle came to rest in the highway.
George was transported to the Henry County Health Center via ambulance for report of pain.
Henry County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Henry County Ambulance.
