Exterior Improvement Grant

Main Street Mount Pleasant and the City of Mount Pleasant are again offering downtown businesses the opportunity to improve their buildings with a little financial help. The Exterior Improvement Grant funds can be used to update signs, awnings, lighting, paint, reconfigure entrances, masonry work, and door and window replacements. Any building owner or tenant with lease authority or authorization from the building owner can apply for funding. The project must be located in Mount Pleasant Main Street’s District. Applications can be sent to lisa@mpiowa.org, and the deadline to apply is May 31^st.
