The Greater Jefferson County Fair horse show has finished, and we now know the names of the horses and their owners. The “horse of the year” has been given to “Jessie” and their owner, Wayne Wiley, who also picked up the awards of Junior Horse Showmanship, Horsemanship, and Champion Pony. The champion horse went to Peyton Freeman and her horse “Maddie.” The full list of awards is below.
