As National Small Business Week continues, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities has launched their Small Business Consumer Survey. This survey outlines consumer behavior as it pertains to small businesses and their vital importance in our economies and communities. According to the survey 42% of respondents frequent small businesses more now than before the pandemic, 68% noted that the pandemic has inspired them to support small businesses more than they would have previously, and 75% of consumers noted that they had recently become even more aware of the importance of small businesses in the community and therefore will support them more in the future.
