Men’s College Basketball: Culver-Stockton Rallies for Winner

KILJ — Alex Huisman’s Wesleyan men saw Culver-Stockton outscore them 43-32 in the second half as the Wildcats picked up a 77-72 win over the Tigers last night.

The win kept Culver-Stockton perfect at 9-0.

Former Fort Madison standout Kaleb Cresswell drilled five treys to go along with 21 points to lead Wesleyan.

Joey Brown had 13 points and five rebounds, while Marvin Bateman added nine of the bench.

The loss dropped Wesleyan to 3-8, they’ll be in action against Hannibal-LaGrange a week from Wednesday.
