Women’s College Basketball: Wesleyan Surges to Second Half Comeback

KILJ — Iowa Wesleyan outscored Culver-Stockton 34-20 in the second half, as the Tiger women earned a hard-fought 58-47 win over the Wildcats last night.

Breanna Wendland paced the Tigers with 17 points and eight boards, while Kyla Moore aided the effort with 14 points, seven rebounds and four steals.

Brittany West finished with 11 points in the win, as well.

Now 7-2, the Tigers will travel to Forest City to take on Waldorf University on Wednesday.

Tip is set for 6:00 p.m.
