The Des Moines Police Department has arrested Paul Miller, 48, of Mt. Pleasant Iowa. On September 21st, 2023, at 2:55pm, officers arrested Miller and charged him with enticing a minor under 16 – sexual purpose. He is currently an inmate in the Polk County Jail.
