The City of New London posted a water conservation request on Friday (8/14/26) afternoon asking citizens to conserve water until further notice. An electrical failure at a well pump is causing a shortage, and efforts are underway to install a replacement. The city is asking residents to avoid unnecessary water as much as possible and they appreciate your patience.
