Iowa Wesleyan’s Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks Coach for the Tiger football team, Brett Guminsky, joined us on Tiger Nation this morning and talked about what he looks for in recruiting,

“So, the biggest this I want to see is when I talk to a high school coach about a certain player is how much conviction that high school coach has. Is that player, ‘yeah, I mean he’ll do all right for you’ or is that somebody he’s on fire about. ‘Coach you gotta take him, you know he’s the best when its hardest, he’s going to give you everything he has and you’re always going to be able to depend on him.’ Whenever a high school coach says that its usually a pretty easy answer for me.”
