Mount Pleasant — The Iowa Wesleyan women’s basketball team scored 32 points in the fourth quarter as they pulled away for an 85-66 win Saturday after Blackburn.
The win snapped a six-game losing streak for the Tigers, while sweeping the season series against Blackburn.
Morgan McCrea had a game high 25 points, while Anija Simmons chipped in with a monster double double of 19 points and 20 boards.
Sydney Farrar and Hannah Sykora also got into double figures with 13 and 12 points respectively.
The win moved Wesleyan to 2-10 overall and 2-6 in conference play.
