Rod Stewart has canceled his upcoming performance at the Iowa State Fair because of medical issues.
Stewart was scheduled to perform at the State Fair Grandstand at 8 p.m. Friday, August 14. The fair is now working to secure a replacement act.
Tickets purchased through the Iowa State Fair’s official E-Tix system will be refunded automatically to the original form of payment. No action is required.
Anyone who purchased tickets through a third-party vendor will need to contact that vendor directly. Tickets purchased with cash at the State Fair ticket office may be returned to the ticket office for a refund.
Additional information about a possible replacement performance will be announced by the Iowa State Fair.
