Henry County Public Health and HCHC are offering a fall prevention class called Stepping On starting next week. One in four people over the age of 60 experience a fall each year. The class is nationally recognized for helping participants learn strategies to reduce falls by increasing strength, balance, and awareness. The Stepping On Fall Prevention Class will meet on Tuesdays from 1pm – 3pm in the HCHC Health Education Room starting August 18th and continuing through September 29th.
