Jordan Magnani Named Midwest Conference Player of the Year for Cornell College

College Basketball- Cornell Ram’s star fifth-year guard, Jordan Magnani, and Mt. Pleasant native has been named Midwest Conference Player of the Year. Magnani was second in points in the conference as he averaged 17.3 points per game and second in assists with 3.4 per game. Magnani is only 20 points away from breaking Cornell’s all-time scoring record at 1,647 career points.

As a former Panther, he helped lead Mt. Pleasant to two state quarterfinal appearances and scored 1,082 points in his high school career.

Cornell will travel to take on Monmouth tomorrow at 7 pm on February 24th.
